Hello friends! Happy Friday! How are you? What do you have to do this weekend? The Kleigers are coming to Tucson – I can’t wait!!! – for a big event and P also has her basketball tournament championship. I’m definitely looking forward to a super fun weekend.

I feel like this week has gone by in the fastest blur ever. I was full of client appointments and received a call for Rx member income about affiliate income, worked on my CPI Centurion modules, taught barre, introduced Liv to Pilates (she loves it!) and met a friend for a walk and a chat.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead!

May you be as satisfied as Lola with a crispy tree branch she brought in to eat on the couch.

(Usually I can grab whatever she has when she goes inside, but I missed this one and had to take a picture before cleaning up her giant mess)

2.20 Friday Favorites

Fashion, Beauty, Random:

Last weekend we had our symphony show in honor of America’s 250th birthday. It was a mix of patriotic songs and pieces by American composers. I loved being a small part of it and loved every minute of it. The 1812 overture with electric cannon was the icing on the cake.

With the fam (minus Liv because she asked to be cut)

The pilot and I had a date night at Tinajas, a super fun wine bar. You can personalize your cheese boards and there is a great selection of wines and cocktails.

It was the perfect parents’ evening, ending with a somewhat unhinged trip to Target 😉

ShopMy updated with some recent outfits!

Read, watch, listen:

I’m in the middle of a huge book crisis and usually historical fiction snaps me out of it, but it feels too heavy with the chaos of life right now. If you have any books you’ve read recently that you can’t put down, please lmk!

Martha Stewart on TSC podcast. Obsessed.

This week I skimmed through the rest of the first part of Bridgerton and it was everything. I felt like last season was pretty mediocre, but I can’t wait for this season to resume in a few days. It’s good!!

This made me LOL. Have you seen his full special on Netflix?

Fitness, health and good nutrition:

Chocolate covered strawberries. I made them for Valentine’s Day and the kids loved them! I simply melted chocolate chips, added a little coconut oil, dipped the strawberries and drizzled them with white chocolate. Super easy and it was a fun Valentine’s Day treat:

Daily nutritional support strawberry! I usually have the chocolate (every day) but they were recently released Wild Strawberry. It’s SO good. I planned to make my usual egg white pudding with it, but it was so delicious that I drank it straight away. It tastes like strawberry milk – great nostalgia – but is packed with vitamins, minerals and proteins.

Both dogs go CRAZY over this healthy homemade dog food.

Shimmering nails for Saturday’s event. It’s a light brown cateye with Dream of Dubai glitter on it:

(handbag was returned to Vivrelle but I can’t wait for the next one to arrive! You can check it out here and use GINAHARNEY for 100% off your first month. You must apply first – it’s fast and then you can enjoy the full experience.)

Wholefoods red lentil dahl copycat soup.

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! Have a great weekend and I’ll see you soon!

xoxo
