Hello friends! Happy Friday! How are you? What’s going on this weekend? Any Valentine’s plans?
We have a fun weekend planned here: a date night with the Pilot, our symphony show, P’s basketball tournament, and Liv has a Valentine’s dance at school. Lots of fun things! In between, I’m studying for our Centurion program CPI, and batch recording of podcast episodes. Let’s gooooo.

I’d love to hear what’s going on with you!

(There’s a trend of asking ChatGPT to create a caricature of you and your work based on what they know about you. I feel like it worked lol.)

It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. Here I share some of my favorite finds of the week and around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites too, so please shout out something you like in the comments below.

(Lola wanted to tell you that she’s looking more poodle-like by the day. When she was a baby, she looked like a pure golden retriever, but the poodle is definitely coming out of the closet. Plus, these little date bites are the perfect sweet bite if you like something sweet after a meal.)

2.13 Friday Favorites

Fashion, Beauty, Random:

I have received so many compliments on this dress. It’s Ulla Johnson from my Rent the Runway membership. You can try it out here and get 50% off your first month!

Too bad to return this bag Vivrelle but excited about the Hermés bag on its way. You can try it out for free for a month here with the code GINAHARNEY

My friends nails at Glamnetic!

I usually dip nails, but when they offered a gift, I accepted because Liv loves press-on nails.

Look how amazing they turned out:

Last weekend we babysat our little niece and I took her to Wild Katz for the first time. She loved it!!

On the not so fun side of things, we had a mold company come out to assess the house after I found some mold in the bathroom. I followed Mold Seekers on IG forever and when a friend said she had a positive experience with their company, I booked a consultation and inspection.

I opened a giant can of worms because we found other places while they were here – under two of the sinks in the back and a faint spot near P’s vent in her room. It will be expensive to remove everything, but mold can have major health consequences, so here we go.

Diego was super thorough and friendly and did an excellent job with the inspection and sampling process.

The best part is that they run labs with the samples so they know exactly what type of mold it is and can provide a complete action plan to the remediation company.

Read, watch, listen:

Took the crew (the girls + one of Liv’s best friends) to see the Stray Kids concert in movie theaters. It was surprisingly great. I accidentally know a lot about K Pop thanks to Liv’s taste in music, but I have to say most of it is HITS.

New Substack post here with my weekly training split.

Check out this week’s podcast episode! We’re talking perimenopause and nervous system support.

Fitness, health and good nutrition:

Daily Nutritional Support has a new flavor! I have this in my egg white pudding every day because it is packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and has 15 grams of protein. I add Truvani to it so I get about 30 grams of protein in my breakfast. I usually have the chocolate, but can’t wait to try the chocolate Wild Strawberry – mine will be here today.

Try this HIIT workout without reps.

Homemade Gelatin Gummies for Gut Health:

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! Have a great weekend and I’ll see you soon!

xoxo

Gina
