Future Champions Golf announces new FCG Japan Tournament Series starting January 2026
Future Champions Golf (FCG), one of the world’s fastest growing and most internationally diverse junior golf tours, is pleased to announce the launch of the FCG Japan Tournament Seriesofficially launching in January 2026 and running through May 2026. This new series expands FCG’s global footprint and provides junior golfers across Japan with a premier path to the best junior golf championships in the world.
The FCG Japan Tournament Series 2026 will contain four total eventswith one event held each month from January to May. The season ends with the FCG City Japan Championshipwhich serves as both the Tour Championship and the series’ signature event, continuing the 2025 tradition.
A major highlight of the new series is the introduction of the FCG Japan Order of Meritwhere players collect points during all five events. At the conclusion of the FCG City Japan Championship, the top performing players in the Order of Merit will earn qualification for the prestigious championship FCG Callaway 2026 World Junior Golf Championshipone of the most globally recognized annual junior golf events. Last year the championship welcomed more than 850 players from more than 40 countries.
The Japan Tournament Series marks the beginning of FCG’s commitment to not only Japanese players and players throughout Asia, but also American college coaches, giving them the opportunity to watch these young golfers as they showcase their talent and skills.

The series will feature professionally organized events designed to reflect the competitive standards of FCG’s major tournaments in the United States, including advanced scoring, premier course setups and a world-class tournament experience.
