Broadcasters have picked 12 of Newcastle United’s next 13 matches to be shown live to a British audience.

This follows an announcement on Wednesday.

Nine of the next ten were already planned for broadcast, now three more will be added in March.

Newcastle United’s matches against Man U, Chelsea and Sunderland have been moved after being selected for live television coverage.

United are next away to Chelsea on Saturday March 14 at 5.30pm and can be seen on Sky Sports.

but the match at Stamford Bridge will now start at 5.30pm GMT instead of 3pm GMT. That match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

Subsequently, Newcastle United announced that: ‘The home game against Sunderland was initially scheduled for Saturday, March 21, but the Tyne-Wear derby will now take place a day later, with kick-off at 12:00 GMT.
