It has been a very nice week here. I took the kids and a few friends to the trampoline park after their half day of school so they could have fun, got to work on holiday cooking (made this cakethis green bean casserole with homemade crispy onions, and grabbed a pumpkin bread, apple pie, and girlfriend gravy from Dedicated),
took the kids to Target (to “browse,” they said) and the pilot returned from a long trip. The period from late October through November was crazy: he was gone, I left for RHS, we high-fived him and he left, when he came back I went to LA, we high-fived him again and he left, and now he’s back! WOW. It was such a treat that he was able to be here for Thanksgiving!

(dress is here // boots are here)
We had the usual lunch/dinner at my uncle’s house with all the family from my father’s side.

Then we went to Trevor and Danielle’s in the evening to hang out with Madres’ side of the family and see Daisy! She’s just the funniest, cutest little weirdo. I love her so much.
The day was filled with family time, delicious food, a walk around the neighborhood and just taking it easy… I hope you had a great day too!
For now, it’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. Here I share some of my favorite finds of the week and around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites too, so please shout out something you like in the comments below.

Black Friday is very much:
I look forward to Black Friday sales all year!! This is when I go through my holiday shopping list and also get some things we need for the house, or items I have my eye on. LOTS of makers share their links this time of year, and I want to thank those of you who choose to shop through my links. It means a lot to me, and your support will help me offset some of the costs of keeping the blog running, especially since ad revenue has been severely reduced by AI search.
Here are some of this year’s best finds:
Top Gift Guide Picks:
– AMAZING sales at Farm Rio also my favorite place to shop! 50% discount and 20% extra with code SUPER20. I have two dresses and am so excited about them! (This And this)
– Hiking trail. The only way I can get 10,000 steps most days! This one costs less than $100 with Black Friday deals.
– Rebounder. This is a great way to support blood flow and the lymphatic system and also improve focus during a long work day. I take a 5 minute break and bounce to some music. This is for sale to BFCM.
– Anthro has a 30% discount!! I’m obsessed with them festive drinkware, this dress (I don’t need it), this T-shirt with sequins“Yes, chef’ tea toweland this package from me favorite clean scents.
– Old Navy: 50% discount on the entire site. I ordered new uniform pants for both children, these jacket for lifeAnd this jacket for myself. Their holiday outfits are so cute; this is what we wore for family photos this year. I have this skirt And this dress for Liv. I can’t even believe that dress only costs $13 now!!! It fits beautifully and looks much more expensive.
– Vivrelle!! Do this for yourself lol 🙂 You can rent designer handbags and luxury jewelry and exchange them every month. I currently have the most beautiful caviar bag from Chanel and I’m sad to have to return it next week, but I’m so excited to choose something new! So nice for the holidays. -50% discount on beautiful nightwear. I got this for Liv; the fabric is a dream.

– This travel set with holiday essentials.

Wellness Favorites
– If you don’t Lumebox yet, now is the chance. They have a 50% discount this weekend and it’s the highest discount they offer. I use it for so many things: headaches, muscle aches, energy, mood, skin, stomach ache, fever, menstrual cramps (rarely get them, but when I do it helps a lot), SO many things. It’s like the Swiss army knife of wellness tools. Get yours here!
– Air doctor. Clean air makes such a big difference, especially at this time of year when allergies and colds are floating around. This is their best price of the whole year.

– Shower filter for awning. We immediately noticed a difference in our skin and hair. The water feels softer and no longer has a chlorine smell. If you already have one, this is a good chance to buy more for additional bathrooms, or try their sink or bath filter.
– Mould-free coffee! I’m stocking up during the sale. The sad news is that coffee is a heavily sprayed crop, so many conventional options contain pesticides, herbicides and mold. This has been lab tested for purity and remineralized, and it tastes DELICIOUS. I only drink decaf, and most decaf is nasty. This one is great.
– Pemf to Matt. I use this every day for breathwork and meditation, or when I need some energy during computer work. I’m having a hard time deciding which one I like more: the famous sauna blanket! or the PEMF mat. If you can do both… then I say go for it. 😉
– Red light face mask. I use this every morning while doing chores or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I notice a huge difference in the texture of my skin
– OneSkin! They have tiered savings for BFCM; the more you spend, the more you save. They use their own peptide, OS-01, which blocks senescent cells <— they can speed up the aging process. I love them tinted moisturizer And body lotion.-My favorite quarterly detox! If you're joining us in January, get your gear now. You can do 7, 14 or 21 days.– The most incredible wellness gift you can give yourself this season is a Integrative Health Practitioner Certification. I mentioned this in my last post, but if you're considering getting certified, this is one of the best things I've ever done. I would love to talk to you and share more about my experiences. Here's their best price of the year: Use BF1500 for $1500, levels 1 and 2.
– Organifi! They make so many of my favorite things including hydrogen water tablets, green juice, red juice, Harmony and Pure. Check it out here!
If you’re shopping for a specific person, I have a ton of ideas in this year’s gift guides (with a few more on the way!). Many of these include BFCM deals within the posts:
