ZOHO Corporation has launched Zia Hubs, a new AI-driven content intelligence tool that is embedded in its WorkDrive platform, which marks an important step in the mission of the company to use unstructured company data. The company says that Zia Hubs will unlock the value of huge data sets that are often hidden in e-mails, documents, video files and other non-tobular sizes, which according to IDC make up about 80% of the business information.

Zia Hubs is designed to give companies the opportunity to organize different content types in targeted “hubs” within Workdrive, where Zoho’s flagship AI, Zia, Zia, can interpret, analyze and act on the stored information. The tool supports a wide range of data formats, including PDFs, text documents, video and audio files. For multimedia content, Zia Hubs automatically generates transcriptions and links important moments to specific topics, so that users offer precise reference points in their media bibliotheken.

“Most unstructured data is based on text, which means that relevant information lives in e-mail conversations, messages on social media, text processing documents or audio and video transcripts,” said Raju Vegesna, Chief Evangelist at ZOHO. “With Zia Hubs built into the entire product suite, ZOHO can offer customers a deeper integration than any comparable software platform and almost unlimited potential use for their data.”

The position is launched as part of ZOHO Workdrive, the Unified Content Management Platform of the company. By placing artificial intelligence in the workspace, Zia Hub’s passive file storage transforms into an active knowledge engine, so that organizations can have important insights and answers between teams surface.

Users of Zia Hubs can:

  • Ask Zia questions and receive precise, quoted answers between file formats.
  • Upload content automatically organize with the help of AI-driven grouping of sections, visuals and supporting text.
  • Access to cross-format search and link specific results back to original content, including time-stamped video and audio fragments.

The AI system also integrates seamlessly with ZOHO Flow, making automated workflows possible that ensure that Zia always has the most up -to -date and relevant documents available. This includes the content of platforms from third parties such as Docusign, Ringcentral and Zoom.

According to the company, Zia Hubs lays the foundation for wider AI-Native Workflows in the Zoho ecosystem. It is expected that future versions of the Tool will activate specialized AI agents who are able to perform company-specific tasks based on insights that have been extructured from unstructured content. This is part of Zoho’s wider urge to develop context conscious, agent AI solutions that deeply integrate into its 55+ applications suite.

The company emphasized its full-stack ownership-included the AI infrastructure, app development and data management layers-and an important distinguishing factor, making more seamless integration and cost-efficient innovation possible.
