Jasper Wu is chasing the building providers to the left and right this week.
ZD Jasper landed a financing package of $ 66.1 million from First Citizens Bank for a project at 64-11 Queens Boulevard, the commercial observer reported. The developer has taken over the site for $ 18.6 million simultaneously with securing the loan.
Adam Hakim, James Murad and Michael Winter from Ripco Real Estate arranged the financing, while Stephen Preuss and Andreas Ethymiou of the company facilitated the sale from a joint venture of family agencies.
ZD Jasper is planning a 14 -storey building and 175 units with 11,000 square feet of shops on the ground floor. The project also includes parking for a small percentage of tenants, a fitness center, a pickleball course and a golf simulator.
Murad told The Outlet that lenders were attracted to the development because of the location and the limited multi -family offer that came online in the suburb of the city.
The developer did not comment on the publication.
Instead, ZD Jasper lets the success of the week run a lot of the conversation.
