Former WWE -Tag -Team champion GZIM Selmani returns to combat Sports and gives a challenge for Eddie Hall for a fight on Misfits -boxing
GZIM Selmani, formerly ‘Rezar’ in De WWE, has announced plans to return to Combat Sports after a ten -year run in professional struggle.
In the WWE, Selmani won the WWE RAW & NXT TAG championships and won the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic as part of the bruises known as the ‘Authors of Pain’ with partner Akam and under the supervision of the legendary Paul Ellering.
Later the duo would work with Karrion Kross to form ‘The Final Testament’ and would participate in Wrestlemania 40.
The 31-year-old now wants to return to his roots of combat sports and would like to officially take a challenge for the strongest man Eddie Hall in the world to a boxing match on Misfits.
“I return to my roots like a hunter and I have unfinished things in the world of combat sports,” Selmani said in a quote for the media. “I watched Eddie Hall to argue with a good weight and that is not with me. He thinks he is the big man who comes in to fight sport, well, why he doesn’t take someone who can actually eliminate him … Someone like me. This is a message for Eddie Hall, I challenge you to fight any misfits cards.
The background of Selmani in MMA saw him competing in Bellator and Bamma, where he stopped former UFC Fighter & Britain’s strongest man Oli Thompson in less than twenty seconds. The Dutch Albanian is also an old school member of the Golden Glory Kickboxing team in the Netherlands when he participated in kickboxing.
Selmani helps him with his return to combat sports and has signed with boxing manager Shane Watson, who has been involved in the career of the unbeaten Abdul Khan, Joe Joyce and many other top British talent.
