West Point Gold Corp.(TSXV: WPG) (OTCQB: WPGCF) has announced results for three holes from the high-grade zone in Northeast (NE) Tyro, part of the ongoing 15,000 meter (m) drill program at the flagship Gold Chain Project in Arizona. The company reports test results for three boreholes (658 m), GC25-82 through GC25-84.
Highlights:
Hole GC25-84 returned 24.4m of 5.92 g/t Au at 120.4 to 144.8m, including 12.2m of 10.51 g/t Au at 132.6m to 144.8m, 90m below hole GC25-78, which returned 22.9m of 1.63 g/t Au.
Hole GC25-83 returned 16.8m of 8.30 g/t Au at 158.5 to 175.3m, including 6.1m of 17.61 g/t Au at 167.6 to 173.7m approximately 45 meters below GC25-49 (62.5m of 4.73 g/t Au).
Drilling continues to explore the deeper parts of the high-grade zone in NE Tyro with four holes (936 m), supplemented by ongoing tests.

Summary
These results follow the ongoing 15,000m drill program at the company’s Gold Chain project in Arizona, which aims to expand laterally and downwards the high-grade zone at NE Tyro identified in the second quarter of 2025. The three holes comprising this release, GC25-82 through GC25-84, represent 658m of 3,229m drilled to date from the 15,000 m program.
All three holes in this release have extended gold mineralization to depths of 50 to 90 metres. These results suggest, in the context of previous drilling, a confluence of veins and veins downslope and to the northeast with a marked increase in gold grades, i.e. GC25-78 with 22.9 m of 1.56 g/t Au and GC25-84 with 24.4 m of 5.92 g/t Au, including 12.2 m of 10.51 g/t Au (Figure 4). This confluence of veins and veins is common in many epithermal vein systems. Along with the higher gold values at depth, close inspection of the drill cuttings reveals an increase in multicolored chalcedony, crustal bands, adularia, and illite(?)-pyrite alterations in the wall rock.
