World Cup 2026: England fixtures and start times

FIFA has revealed the full fixtures and kick-off times for the 2026 World Cup, meaning England now know when and where they will play their group matches in North America.

The draw for the group stage took place on Friday, but match times were not confirmed until Saturday as FIFA tried to organize matches at suitable times for each time zone.

The Three Lions begin their World Cup campaign against old foes Croatia, who defeated them in the semi-finals in 2018, with kick-off scheduled for 9pm on June 17 in Dallas, Texas next year.

Thomas Tuchel’s men will then face Ghana six days later, kicking off at the same time in Boston, Massachusetts. They round out the group against Panama on June 27 with a late kick-off, with kick-off at 10pm at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Commenting on Friday’s World Cup draw, Tuchel told reporters: “I think the most important thing is that we arrive hungry. We arrive hungry and with excitement and arrive as a team.”

“We don’t worry. We don’t worry about our opponents. We don’t worry about what might happen, what happens in the other group – maybe some favorites are in second place and then we play them early in the tournament.”

“Just focus on what we can really influence, and that’s what we’ve done and what the team has done extremely well in the last three camps.”

England’s fixtures and start times for the 2026 World Cup:

  • England vs Croatia: June 17, 9pm BST, Dallas
  • England vs Ghana, June 23, 9pm BST, Boston
  • Panama vs. England, June 27, 10pm KO, New York/New Jersey
