Who is your October Warrior? It’s time to cast your vote! 
We’ve shortlisted four standout artists who have made their mark over the past month. Here’s why they deserve your choice:
- Gary Haden (Manchester Storm): No one scored more points per game than Haden in October. With six goals and eight assists in 14 starts, the 26-year-old averaged more than 1.5 points per game. Only Belfast’s Ryan Smith has scored more goals this month.
- Mitchell Balmas (Sheffield Steelers): Balmas, the current league points leader, scored five goals and nine assists in 10 games in October. Only two other players registered more helpers during the month than the Steelers forward.
- Ben Bowns (Cardiff Devils): Bowns was excellent between the pipes with four wins. He conceded 180 shots while only conceding 12 goals – an excellent save percentage of 0.933 for the England international.
- Mitchell Fossier (Nottingham Panthers): The Panthers forward scored six goals and six assists for 12 points in 10 games, an average of 1.2 points per outing. His consistent production has been a key factor in Nottingham’s strong start to the season.
