In the Suspension Tightrope we look at the players who are close to a suspension, have already been suspended or are returning from the naughty step in Gameweek 24.
A reminder: players who now reach five bookings will no longer receive a suspension.
WHEN ARE THE SUSPENSION EXCLUSIONS?
The table above is from the Football Association website and details the limits for the different yellow card thresholds.
With five warnings no longer the danger zone, the next target players should avoid is 10. Anyone who collects that many yellow cards before their club has played 32 matches will receive a two-match suspension.
And your usual reminder: penalties for collecting yellow cards are competition specific. Suspensions due to dismissal apply to all competition matches.
THE RACE TOWARDS (AVOID) 10 YELLOW CARDS

Most players still have plenty of breathing room when it comes to the dreaded 10 warning.
Yerson Mosquera (£4.3m) joined Christian Romero (£5.0 million) and Lewis Dunk (£4.5m) on eight pre-season bookings in Gameweek 23. All three centre-backs must now avoid two more cautions in their club’s next nine matches to avoid a two-match suspension.
Mark Senesi (£4.8m) is a standout name on seven bookings and features in over 13% of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) squads.
WHICH PLAYERS SERVE SUSPENSIONS IN GAMEWEEK 24?

Adam Wharton (£5.0m) is serving a one-match ban in Gameweek 24 after being sent off for two bookable offenses in Crystal Palace’s defeat to Chelsea.
Mychailo Mudryk (£4.9 million) remains banned indefinitely by the FA.
RETURNING FROM A BAN IN GAMEWEEK 24

Michael Keane (£4.7m) returns after a three-match ban in Gameweek 24.
If you’re wondering why he’s only missed two Gameweeks, the first game of his suspension was served in the FA Cup third round against Sunderland.
