Years ago I did much freezer. I would share my cooking sessions here on the blog for an hour, four hours or even all day, and people loved them.
One thing I often made was peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the freezer. In my messages I would mention casually: “I made 10 PB & J sandwiches for the freezer”, and without failure someone would write and ask:
“How do you make freezer PB & J?”
In the beginning I would respond with something like: “You just make PB & J sandwiches and freeze them.” But people would ask again:
“No, but How Do you make them? “
It urged me that something that I thought was so simple and clear was not at all clear to someone else. Eventually I have one recipe For Freezer PB & J-wide, peanut butter, jelly and step-by-step instructions. (Pro -tip: first spread PB on both slices, so that the jelly never touches the bread – no damp sandwiches!)
I lost eye how many people told me that Post has changed their lives.
