Ownership and ownership
You will be asked about the basic principles of the legal and physical status of the house, including:
When you have taken over the house
Whether it is rented, rented, empty or part of an estate
If there are HOA rules, reimbursements or violations
Whether the property has pledge, easier or title problems
Whether it is in a historic district or a specially taxing district (such as a CFD)
Arrangements for access and maintenance of road
Any notifications of violation (zoning plans, code, cc & rs, etc.)
Construction and safety information
This is the most detailed part. You reveal well -known problems or repairs from the past with regard to:
Roof age, leaks, guarantees and structural damage
Foundation cracks, wall/floor problems or sedimentation
Past damage due to pests, fire, floods or natural events
Termiet treatments and guarantees
Heating, Cooling, Sanitary and Water Systems
Electrical problems, wiring type and security systems
Swimming pool, spa or water function conditions
Interior equipment and permitted or not -accessible work
Utilities and services
You notice on which services the property receives and from whom:
Electricity, gas, water, sewer, waste and internet
Alternative energy sources such as solar or generators
Rented equipment (eg solar panels or propane tanks)
Water source (municipal, well, well shared)
Mail delivery method (route, post office, cluster mailbox)
Sewer/waste water treatment
You will be asked to clarify:
Whether the house is connected to a public sewer or a septic system
If a lift pump is used
Known problems, inspections, repairs or earlier service data
Whether a septic system was abandoned or removed
Environmental information
This section focuses on known or suspected dangers for the environment, including:
Drainage problems, soil device or assessment problems
Noise pollution or nearby obstacles (eg land lines, railway lines)
Presence of dangerous materials such as lead paint, asbestos or radon
Status of flood zone, fungal problems or floods in the past
Underground storage tanks or nearby airport/military activity
Other conditions and factors
This is an open part where you can reveal everything that is not yet covered that the value of the home or the decision of a buyer can influence, such as insurance claims in the past, disputes about neighbors or unusual properties.

This is a free space to clarify earlier answers or to provide details that did not fit elsewhere. If you have marked something against something earlier in the form, this is your chance to fully explain it.
