There are no teams taking byes in Week 13 due to the Thanksgiving roster, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still be proactive in targeting players on the waiver wire to maximize our lineups.
This article will focus on players who are available in at least 50% of Yahoo leagues, as well as some deep sleepers who are listed in less than 20% of leagues. Without further ado, here are the best Week 13 fantasy football streaming options at each position.

Week 13 Quarterback Streaming Options
Cam Ward, Tennessee Titans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (7% selected)
Cam Ward had his best game of the season in Week 12 against a stout Seahawks defense. He completed 28 of 42 passes for 256 yards and a touchdown, while adding six carries for 37 yards and a touchdown. Ward’s 23.9 fantasy points ranked fourth among quarterbacks in Week 12.
Cam Ward profile for advanced stats and stats
The 2025 first overall pick has now reached season highs in fantasy points in two consecutive weeks since parting ways with the Titans. Through twelve weeks, the Titans rank in the top 10 of all NFL teams in pass attempts (374, 6th), pass plays per game (37.3, 9th) and pace of play (2.09, 7th). More importantly, Ward has been much more aggressive with his legs in recent weeks, with nine carries for 70 yards and a touchdown.
The Jaguars have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks (19.3) and the third-most touchdown passes (22) this season. Ward’s recent improvements in this good matchup make him a solid streaming option.
Deep Sleeper: Shedeur Sanders, Cleveland Browns vs San Francisco 49ers (6% selected)
Shedeur Sanders was effective in his first career start against the Raiders, completing 55% of his passes for 209 yards, one touchdown and one interception. It was far from a smooth start, but the rookie did enough to earn another start in Week 13 against the 49ers.

Shedeur Sanders Advanced Stats and Stats Profile
San Francisco’s defense is strong enough at defensive line and linebacker to limit the team’s ability to generate pressure. This has allowed opposing quarterbacks to throw 21 touchdowns against them while only recording four interceptions this season. Hopefully, Sanders can take advantage of the time available to provide a serviceable fantasy outing.
Honorable Mention: Tyler Shough, New Orleans Saints at Miami Dolphins (8% on list)
Tyler Shough was efficient against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 12 (69.8% completion rate), but threw for just 243 yards and an interception in the team’s loss. On the plus side, Shough has become a more willing runner in his last two games, carrying the ball 11 times.

Tyler Shough Profile for advanced stats and stats
The Saints may rely even more on Shough’s legs now that Alvin Kamara is suffering a knee injury. The Miami Dolphins have allowed the second-most rushing yards (278) and third-most rushing touchdowns (four) to quarterbacks this season. They’ve also given up 18 passing touchdowns with just three interceptions. Like his fellow rookies, Shough is a streaming option this week.
Looking back at streaming options week 13
Tyler Allgeier, Atlanta Falcons at New York Jets (44% selected)
Tyler Allgeier plays a consistent role in the Falcons backfield, but he will become fantasy relevant when the Falcons can get a positive game script. The veteran running back has 59 carries for 206 yards and three touchdowns when the Falcons lead. If the team ties or loses, he has just 30 carries for 118 yards and four touchdowns.
The Falcons will face a Jets defense that traded away most of its top talent at the trade deadline. The Jets’ offense has also scored more than 24 points just twice in their last eight games, paving the way for a lead for the Falcons and a big role for Allgeier in Week 14.
Deep Sleeper: Devin Neal, New Orleans Saints at Miami Dolphins (3% selected)
Alvin Kamara suffered an MCL injury during the New Orleans Saints’ Week 12 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Time will tell if Kamara is able to play through the injury, but either way, rookie running back Devin Neal will see his role in the offense increase.

Devin Neal Advanced Stats and Stats Profile
Neal, a sixth-round pick out of Kansas, has been a bigger presence in the Saints’ offense since Kendre Miller went down with an injury. Since Week 7, Neal has averaged a 50.6% share (helped in large part by a 73.8% mark in Week 12 after Kamara got hurt). He has 14 carries for 51 yards and 12 receptions (on 14 targets) for 64 yards.
During his final three seasons at Kansas, Neal averaged 200.7 carries and 23.3 receptions per season for 1,430 all-purpose yards and 14.7 touchdowns. Taysom Hill and Audric Estime will likely play roles in the backfield, but Neal should be in charge in Week 13 if Kamara misses. That makes him a very attractive streaming option for deep leagues.
Streaming Options for Wide Receivers Week 13
Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions (48% selected)
The Packers have had to lean on Christian Watson since he was activated from Injured Reserve, thanks to injuries to Jayden Reed, Tucker Kraft and Matthew Golden. Since Week 8, Watson has caught 17 of 24 targets for 283 yards and two touchdowns. Watson has at least two receptions and 45 receiving yards in every game this season.
Reed and Golden could return in Week 13, but that shouldn’t overly impact Watson’s role on offense as the team’s most reliable threat. The Packers are running a Detroit Lions offense that could also push the team into a passing game script. With all this on its side, Watson is a solid streaming option.
Deep Sleeper: Chimere Dike, Tennessee Titans vs Jacksonville Jaguars (14% on list)
Chimere Dike had a big fantasy week against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 12, with five receptions (on seven targets) for 44 yards and a touchdown, while adding a punt return touchdown of 90 yards.

Chimere Dike Advanced Stats & Metrics Profile
Dike has shown great playmaking ability on offense and on special teams this season, giving him serious fantasy appeal for leagues that reward special teams touchdowns. He also has a good matchup this week, as the Jaguars have allowed 21.3 points per game to wide receivers this season. Along with his quarterback, the rookie is a solid streaming option.
Honorable Mention: Jayden Higgins, Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts (22% selected)
Jayden Higgins has solidified his role in Houston’s passing attack over the past three weeks. During that time, Higgins is averaging a 58.8% share with 7.7 targets, 4.3 receptions, and 45 receiving yards per game. He also scored two touchdowns during that time.

Jayden Higgins profile for advanced stats and stats
Higgins is starting to come into his own as a receiver, and he’s certainly been helped by the pass volume with Davis Mills under center. The Texans have averaged 38.7 pass attempts per game over the past three weeks.
The Colts have had issues in the secondary this season, but they are finally starting to get healthy. That said, they did give up 352 yards to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 12. Higgins could have another solid week in Week 13, especially if he can find the end zone again.
Streaming Options for Tight End Week 13
Brenton Strange, Jacksonville Jaguars at Tennessee Titans (13% selected)
It didn’t take long for Brenton Strange to re-establish himself as the most consistent part of the Jacksonville Jaguars’ passing attack during his return from IR.

Brenton Strange profile for advanced stats and stats
Strange caught all five of his targets for 93 yards in the Jaguars’ overtime win over the Arizona Cardinals in Week 12. It was the most receiving yards the third-year tight end has had in a game this year.
The veteran tight end has been one of the most efficient tight ends in football this season, ranking TE10 in yards per route run (1.79), yards per reception (11.9) and yards per team pass attempt (1.49). He is also the TE4 in yards per target (10.2). His Week 13 opponent, the Tennessee Titans, is a bad matchup for tight ends. But Strange’s role in the passing attack (even if Brian Thomas Jr. returns from his ankle injury) is too good to ignore.

Deep Sleeper: Mike Gesicki, Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens (2% selected)
Mike Gesicki returned from IR in Week 12 and immediately took on a role in the passing game with Ja’Marr Chase sidelined due to suspension. The veteran tight end finished second on the Bengals in targets (six) and receiving yards (35) against the Patriots.
Chase returns in Week 13, but Tee Higgins has already been ruled out due to a concussion. That means Gesicki will once again rise in the team’s passing attack as the primary slot receiver. Over the past two seasons, Gesicki played five games without Higgins due to injury. In those games, he saw increases of 3.1 targets, 2.2 receptions, 35.9 receiving yards and 8.2 fantasy points per game.
The Baltimore Ravens have played better defense in recent weeks, but defensive back Kyle Hamilton left the Week 12 game with an injury and may not play in Week 13. That will help Gesicki’s production.
Honorable Mention: Harold Fannin Jr., Cleveland Browns vs San Francisco 49ers (34% selected)
Harold Fannin Jr. emerged as Shedeur Sanders’ most trusted pass catcher in his first career start against the Las Vegas Raiders. Fannin led the team in targets (six) and receptions (four) while recording 40 receiving yards.

Harold Fannin Jr. Advanced statistics and statistics profile
The rookie tight end has been a steady fantasy producer, averaging 6.3 targets, 4.4 receptions and 42.0 receiving yards per game. However, his fantasy production was somewhat disappointing due to a lack of big plays or touchdowns in a struggling Browns offense.
However, the advantage of big games will remain as long as Fannin maintains his role in attack. He is currently the TE5 in target percentage (24.1%), the TE6 in target percentage (69), and the TE7 in target share (19.3%), despite being the TE21 in route participation (67.1%). Fannin will remain a stable floor option in fantasy in Week 13 against an injury-riddled San Francisco 49ers defense.
