Every summer Minnesota Vikings General Manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah carries out at least one exchange in the hope of strengthening his selection for the coming season.

Vikings General Director Kwesi Adofo-Mensah usually finances an exchange or two in the summer, and we recommend these two for the Vikings.

There is no reason to assume that the summer of 2025 will be different.

So, here is whaT Vikingssterrorive Recommended.

Trade approval No. 1
The Michael Mayer LV

The Las Vegas Raiders selected tight end Brock Bowers in round 1 of the 2024 NFL Draft-a year after spending a 2nd rounder in another tight end, Michael Mayer.

Bowers set fire to the world last season, safeguarding his place as the TE1 of the Raiders for an indefinite period of time and perhaps have enough influence to be called the best tight end in the NFL. He’s so good. Accordingly, Mayer lived for one simple reason in the rumors of trade for one simple reason: he is wasted behind bowers, which will not be relegated.

In theory, Mayer should have a te1 -job somewhere; That is why Las Vegas spent a 2nd round pick on him in 2023.

Why Mayer for Minnesota?

The Vikings use a tight end TJ Hockenson on the front of the too depth card, and Hockenson does it all. After him, however, Josh Oliver is the next man, followed by a few Rookies who will compete this summer to the Te3 place. Oliver’s contract is planned to end after the 2025 campaign, and now acting for Mayer, while he would be gettable logical.

If Oliver arrived in the free desk in March in March, Minnesota would not have to worry, with Hockenson and Mayer for the long term. Mayer can perform routes, catch the ball and block with the rest – also known as a sweet fit in the attack of Kevin O’Connell.

Trade price estimate for Mayer

The Raiders have damaged the trade stock of Mayer after Bowering Bowers, so the third year tight end can probably be obtained for a 5th-round pick in 2026. The concept of Piggybank of the Vikings is usually in stock in contrast to recent handling of the 2025-design for May-free fin.

The last on Mayer

Si.com’s Hondo Carpenter Recently said About Mayer on a podcast with Raiders theme: “Michael Mayer, the tight end of Notre Dame. Let me make something abundant: he did a number of really good things in the year one. In year two he missed some games for personal reasons. And there was every year in the perspective. But I also have it in perspective.

“I think Michael will have to adjust his game a bit. He is going to. He is an extremely talented tight side, a great young man. The raiders were extreme support for him. His teammates were. He was very popular in the dressing room. And I said at the time of the reports, he could not be traded, but the Raident was traded.”

CB Tariq Woolen from the sea

In addition to Mayer (although the Vikings may not swing two transactions), Minnesota must explore the availability of Cornerback Tariq wool from the Seattle Seahawks.

Seattle recently worked out veterans Rasul Douglas and Shaquill Griffin, a bit strange because it has woolen, Devon Witherspoon and Josh Jowe – all starters – on the depth card.

Woollen’s contract ends after 2025, and all signs do not point to no extension for Woollen, who was even gave birth to a competition last December. The 6’4 ″ Cornerback threw out for the temporary relegation.

Why woolen for Minnesota?

Minnesota has a reliable angle at his depth card: Byron Murphy Jr. Filling after that Pro Bowler, lots of “hopeful maybes” fill the cornerback selection, including Isaiah Rodgers, Mekhi Blackmon, Jeff Okudah, Dwight Mcglothern and Ambry Thomas.

Woolen not maybe; He has the CV of a proven CB2.

Defensive coordinator Brian Flores would probably not mind making a long, physical cornerback on his 2025 selection.

Trading price estimate for woolen

Wools will be more expensive through trade than Mayer. Adofo-Mensah could perhaps send a 3rd rounder to Seattle for woolen and a 5th-rounder. Increasingly, general managers of the player-pick Swap are enjoying a stand-alone choice, which in this scenario may be the 3rd rounder of Minnesota.

The defender of the Seahawks became 26 this month and should have for him about three years of the prime of his career. Why not like Viking?

The newest about woolen

Si.com’s Tim Weaver This week wrote about the defense of Seattle: “Year 1 under new head coach Mike MacDonald was a bit shaky after a great start, but they ended the trending season in the right direction – inspiring hope that this will soon be one of the most difficult defense units in the NFL.”

“Returning largely the same unit was a good call, but it would not be correct to say that this group does not need any help at all. So who might be on their radar when they are on the market to add a cornerback?”

Most Seahawks fans accept that Woollen may not be expanded further after the 2025 campaign, which promotes trade theories.

Weaver added: “We can probably scratch the top options. Trading for Jalen Ramsey of the Miami Dolphins or Jaire Alexander of the Green Bay Packers would probably be too rich for the blood of the Seahawks, both in terms of cap -space as capital.”

“Some of the best free agents who are still available are Mike Hilton, James Bradberry, Kendall Fuller and Rasul Douglas, who have already met the Seahawks. Former Seattle Corner Shaquill Griffin has also visited.”

It is worth noting that most summer trade only pops up in July or August.
