Minnesota Childcare Center claims it cares for 102 children, but the facility sits empty.
“We just wonder where the children are,” asked David, a man who has been investigating the Somali fraud for years. “It says you have 102 kids here, and you got $2.66 million in funding this year. And $2.5 million last year. We’re just wondering where the kids are.”
“And who are you?” the Somali asked.
“My name is Nick Shirley,” Shirley said.
“And which department?” the Somali asked.
“We want to ask where the money is going,” Nick Shirley said as the Somali closed the door in front of him.
Another Somali learning center couldn’t even spell ‘learn’ correctly.
