A group of angry left-wing women in spandex at a CorePower Yoga studio in Minneapolis confronted staff members last weekend, demanding that they publicly condemn federal ICE raids.
The confrontation, captured in a six-minute viral video, took place in the studio’s lobby immediately after a Sunday class, with about a dozen women clutching their yoga mats and hurling accusations of “complicity” at two female employees.
The confrontation began after gossip that CorePower headquarters had ordered the removal of an anti-ICE sign from the windshield.
The incident was filmed by Heather Anderson, 51, who claims she has been visiting the studio for more than a decade.
“Give us the answers, let’s go… let’s hear it – why are you silent?” Anderson shouted. “Let’s hear it, Delaney, loud and proud, baby. If you want to say it, let’s say it.”
“You need to have well-rehearsed corporate actions and words ready… Delaney, let’s hear a damn answer,” Anderson adds.
Another person added: “The silence is deafening.”
One employee, identified as Delaney, attempted to de-escalate by saying she was “taking a break,” but was quickly interrupted.
“No, don’t wait! Come on, you came here to silence teachers… be loud with the answers from the CorePower company – let’s go! What do you have to say? Louder, Delaney!”
Another protester said, “CorePower is a big corporation… and the fact that they are silent about what’s happening in Minneapolis – not just silent but trying to silence us… that’s complicit. It’s not okay. People are being murdered, kidnapped and attacked here.”
The group of women started singing that the silence was deafening.
Another employee commented, “We’re being yelled at right now,” to which Anderson responded, “You’re not being yelled at – you’re being asked tough questions…scolding is what our neighbors are experiencing.”
The protesters threatened to take their business elsewhere, shouting, “We can find a yoga studio somewhere else.”

CorePower Yoga, a Denver-based chain with more than 200 locations nationwide, initially faced backlash for allegedly keeping local staff silent on the issue.
On Wednesday, however, the company relented, posting a series of Instagram stories saying it does not support the “violent ICE raids in Minneapolis” and has “distributed approved ICE signs to our studios.”
They emphasized a “zero tolerance policy for aggressive behavior” and confirmed that no Minnesota teachers were fired, although they banned Anderson and revoked her membership.
However, Anderson considers her tantrum a victory.
“What I said in that video came to fruition,” she said told the New York Post. “If that happens and the other party doesn’t want to adopt a learning attitude – there is a self-preservation attitude – then they just fire you. They have more power than me, they have a company behind them – I’m easy to swat away.”
