A ballistic rocket launched by Iran to Israel Early Thursday morning the Soroka Medical Center found a “direct hit” in some army radio, with victims and yet unknown.

Soroka is an important hospital in southern Israel that serves both a large Arab population and Jewish communities. It is also the only level 1 trauma center in the region, making it even more important.
Soroka has recently been in the news because it is a hospital that receives liberated Israeli hostages, and because it is the hospital that receives wounded Israeli soldiers from fighting against Hamas in the Gaza strip.
