Volvo EX90 upgraded with 800 -volt architecture and new computer only one year after it was launched – Jalopnik

Despite the fact that the 2025 Volvo EX90 went on sale only a year ago, the electric crossover already has a big overhaul. That’s a good sign, right? Strangely enough, the 2026 EX90 holds its CCS charger instead of going with the NACS loader in Tesla-style that wipes the industry, although a Volvo spokesperson tells us that this will come up with an adapter.

The new architecture also gives the EX90 more power and faster gear, although it does not quote exact figures.
