When Sunil Gavaskar’s prediction about Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma comes out
In the meantime, the old Indian captain Sunil Gavaskar’s old prediction about Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma has surfaced again. Gavaskar made that prediction during the Asia Cup 2012, where Sachin Tendulkar played his last ODI match.
He had stated that Kohli and Rohit are the future of India during the India versus Pakistan match in Mirpur, and the prediction of the legendary Slagman turned out to be true.
Gavaskar had said in the comment box: ‘I think we have made the future a glimpse. The future of the Indian Batting. Rahul Dravid has just called it a day. We do not know how long Sachin Tendulkar and VV’s Laxman will be nearby. But I think (Kohli and Rohit) is the manager’s future. “
Both Kohli and Rohit have already been withdrawn from Test- and T20i Cricket, and now they are only active in ODI Cricket. They will soon be seen in action in the three-match ODI series in Australia.
