Joe Rogan adds another classic Porsche to his collection.

For many, Porsche seems to be the common choice to fill that emptiness in their lives, in particular the 911 and his timeless styling, director -oriented DNA and Motorsport inspired by motorsport. One of the greatest fans of Porsche is actually a Joe, not an average Joe, but world-famous American podcaster, actor, comedian and former UFC commentator and television host, Joe Rogan. He now makes waves in the car world after recently working together on an Instagram post with The RSR projectWith its brand new Porsche 911-Build.

Inside, the cabin is completely stripped and again upholstered in a period-correct style that breathes new life into the interior. Black leather bucket chairs steal the show with bright red lap harnesses, while the cross-woven insert pattern is found that is stretched over the dashboard as a matching finish. It’s all about the simplicity of the period correction, with new seats, lightweight carpet and clean finishes, giving the car the feeling that it rolled straight from the 70s. Subtly styled in a way that still keeps the history of Porsche 911S of early production, it is clear that the mission of the RSR project is to keep these cars from garages and on roads and traces.
Building an RSR project car is about making a legend one by one. Starting with a 3.2 Carrera as the donor, the scale is transformed with steel torches, fiber optic panels and fresh paint to capture the original RSR profile. From there, the mechanics get a complete renewal, with rebuilt engines and transmissions, improved suspension, new brakes and wheels that remain faithful to the iconic 2.8 RSR look. Every detail is done in-house, every step held at the same high standard, and the result is a car that looks, feels and drives like the RSR dream, but built for real miles, not just showroom shine. And now that Joe Rogan loves the keys to his own build of the RSR project, we can’t wait to see him behind the wheel of Silver 2 and what he thinks.
