NORTH HAMPTON, NH (WHDH) – Firefighters on Sunday extinguished a fire in North Hampton, New Hampshire, that spread from a vehicle to the home in front of which it was parked, officials said.

According to Interim Fire Chief Jacob MacGlashing, crews responding to a reported fire at a home on Juniper Road found a vehicle fire in the driveway that extended to the garage around 5 p.m.

The fire brigade quickly deployed two hose lines and tried to get the fire under control. The fire was contained to the pickup and garage, the exterior of the house and part of the attic above the garage.

All occupants were safely evacuated before the fire brigade arrived.
