Vani, Sneha and Amandeep back for the Jaipur leg of Hero WPGT

India’s top women professionals return to action at the Rambagh Golf Club in Jaipur on Wednesday after a six-week break for the 14th leg of the Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour.

Eight different players won the first 13 legs, with only Vani Kapoor (four) and Amandeep Drall and Sneha Singh (two each) winning more than once.

There are still two events left for many of the players still looking for their first win of the season.

Final stage

As the WGAI Tour approaches its final weeks, the field will consist of all the top stars led by Order of Merit leader Vani Kapoor.

Vani has been in excellent form this season with two second places to go along with four wins in ten starts, and she has also split her time between domestic competitions and the Ladies European Tour.

Other notable players in the field include Jasmine Shekar, Neha Tripathi, Ridhima Dilawari, Seher Atwal, Durga Nittur and Khushi Khanijau.

The Jaipur field has amateurs Saanvi Somu, Anvvi Dahiya, Eti Chaudhary, Riya Jadon and Shiksha Jain in the 36-member field for the Rs 16 lakh event.
