The Ryder Cup team of the United States before 2025 has been appointed Keegan Bradley, who refuses to call himself as a playing captain at Bethpage.
The last 12 for the US consists of six automatic qualifications and six Yoker signs chosen by Bradley, who chose to give himself a place in the team.
The six automatic qualifications were locked up after the BMW championship of 2025 on August 17 and Bradley selected his last six members as Wildcard -picks on August 27.
World number one Scottie Scheffler, Xander Schauffele and Rookie JJ Spaun were the first three to book their spots, while Russell Henley, Bryson Descivbeau and Harris English claimed the remaining three automatic places.
The willing cards Voting went to the Ryder Cup experience of Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa, Patrick Cantlay and Sam Burns, while Rookies Ben Griffin and Cameron Young will make their debut.

Scottie Scheffler
Scottie Scheffler qualified by first ending on the list of the US Ryder Cup points, thanks to large victories in the USPGA championship and open championship in 2025.
The world number one was a consistent high -performer on the PGA Tour, including winning the CJ Cup Byron Nelson, Memorial Tournament and BMW Championship this year.
This is Scheffler’s third Ryder Cup and he has a record of two victories, two losses and three tires in 7 games for a percentage of 50% points.
JJ Spaun
JJ Spaun insured his first Ryder Cup selection after winning the 2025 US Open and placing strong results in 2024-2025. He is a rookie, without earlier Ryder Cup experience.
Xander Schauffele
Xander Schauffele finished third in points and earned automatic qualification despite a battle for top form in 2025.
He previously played in two Ryder Cups (2021, 2023) with four wins and four losses in eight games for a percentage of 50% points.
Russell Henley
Russell Henley qualified by strong performance and point accumulation during a solid season 2025 and will make his Ryder Cup debut.
Harris Engels
Harris English has been another solid artist, including two second place in 2025 Majors to collect enough points to qualify in fifth place.
Engels made his second Ryder Cup performance (earlier in 2021). His Ryder Cup record is one win and two losses of three games (33.33%).
Bryson Dechambeau
Bryson Deschambeau returns for his third Ryder Cup after the sixth in qualifying on the back of his versions in Majors, since he is a LIV tour player.
In his previous Ryder cups he has two victories, three losses and one draw of six games (41.67% points percentage).
Justin Thomas
In recent years, Justin Thomas has been given the choice of a captain and selected for his match play experience and leadership as a steadfast thing about the American team of the United States.
He played in three earlier Ryder Cups, won seven there, lost four and tied two of his 13 games (61.53% points percentage).
Collin Morikawa
Collin Morikawa makes his third Ryder Cup team through the choice of a captain. He played earlier in 2021 and 2023 and achieved four victories, three losses and one draw in eight games (56.25%).
Ben Griffin
Griffin is a Rookie and was given a choice after strong impressions in PGA events from 2025. He will participate in his first Ryder Cup.
Cameron Young
Cameron Young earned his choice after Breakout PGA Tour versions in 2024-2025, including finally the victory in the recent Wyndham championship.
He is another Rookie and has no history of Ryder Cup, but previously won at Bethpage as an amateur.
Patrick Cantlay
Patrick Cantlay returns as a pick from a captain and played in two Ryder cups in 2021 and 2023. The latter was of course “Hat Gate” when he refused to wear a baseball cap in Rome.
His past record is five wins, two losses and one draw in eight games (62.5% record)
Sam Brandt
Sam Burns, formerly in the 2023 team that lost in Italy, was the choice of the last captain and got his place in shape thanks to a late seasonal run.
Burns played three games with one win and two losses (33.33%).
