Gabriel Bonfim (18-1) enters tonight’s UFC Vegas 11 fight card as the No. 14 contender in the official UFC welterweight rankings. The 28-year-old is a former LFA welterweight champion.
Bonfim joined the UFC in 2022 with a win on Dana White’s Contender Series. He is 5-1 with the promotion, with his only defeat coming in November 2023 when Nicolas Dalby knocked him out in the second round of their ‘Fight of the Night’ bonus-winning scrap.
Bonfim has recorded three victories since that setback. His most recent victory was a split-decision triumph in July 2025 over former UFC welterweight title challenger Stephen Thompson in the co-main event of the Derrick Lewis vs. Tallison Teixeira, headlining UFC on ESPN card.
Randy Brown (20-6) enters tonight’s event without a ranking next to his name. Brown joined the UFC in January 2016 after defending the Ring of Combat welterweight title. The 35-year-old is 4-1 in his past five UFC appearances.
Brown’s only loss since June 2023 was a December 2024 split-decision setback against Bryan Battle at UFC 310. Since that loss, Brown is 1-0, following a knockout of Nicolas Dalby in April 2025. The stoppage earned Brown his third UFC fight-night bonus.
The opening odds for the UFC Vegas 111 main event had Bonfim as the -300 favorite over +250 Brown. There has been significant movement on that betting line. Today, Bonfim is listed at -151, while Brown is the +131 underdog.
