Las Vegas, NV (January 22, 2026)– UFC finally returns to a new 7-year network deal on Paramount+ with an all-action showdown for the interim lightweight title. #4-ranked Justin Gaethje, 37, (27-5), a veteran fighter known for his power, has won three of his last four fights, while the undefeated-in-UFC British sensation #5 ranked Paddy Pimblett, 30, (23-3) looks to capitalize on a nine-fight winning streak overall. The winner will face Ilia Topuria for the UFC Lightweight title.

In the co-main event, Sean O’Malley, 31, (18-3, 1NC) takes on Song Yadong, 28, (22-8, 1NC). This bantamweight clash pits former champion Sean O’Malley against the rising and well-rounded Song Yadong, with potential title implications in a highly competitive division.

In a battle of heavyweights, legendary knockout artist, Derrick Lewis, 40, (29-12, 1 NC) faces rising “Salsa Boy” Waldo Cortes-Acosta, 34, (16-2) in a fight that could define a future title challenger. Acosta has been busy, winning 7 of his last 8 fights. Former world title challenger Lewis has won two straight fights and is looking to regain contender status in the UFC heavyweight division.
