History was made at UFC 323, the promotion’s final pay-per-view event for the foreseeable future. Taira’s UFC 323 victory over Moreno is his sixth by knockout, as well as his second consecutive win. Throughout these nine fights in the organization, he has competed exclusively on cards hosted in Las Vegas.

Yan’s UFC 323 win over Dvalishvili marks his fourth consecutive bout inside the Octagon. It is also his first in a title fight since claiming the interim bantamweight belt over Cory Sandhagen at UFC 267 in 2021.

He is now 3-2 in UFC championship fights, aHe is also the third man in the history of the promotion’s bantamweight division to become a two-time undisputed champion.

Merab Dvalishvili

His loss to Yan was his first setback in the cage since meeting Ricky Simón at UFC Fight Night 128 in 2018. It was also the first time he had been defeated in a fight since losing to Frankie Saenz at UFC Fight Night 123 in 2017.

The now former champion’s previous winning streak was 14 in a row. He is now 4-1 in UFC championship bouts.
