On Tuesday (September 30) in Northville Downs in Barry Expo Center, former Michigan Stakes Harness Racing Champion Two Birds Onestone (Black Daniels -She b Jebez), with driver Jennifer Main, Bleet Bleit the Track record of all time that they set just a week ago.
In race 15 in the afternoon, two birds left on Alerty van Post Five and settled in the lead. He and driver Jennifer Main never looked back after fractions of 27.4, 55.2, 1: 24.1 and then won with a greater advantage of four and three -quarters of lengths while the timer stopped in 1:53. Racing Glory (Racing Hill -Rock for glory) closed from a pocket trip to win and add her name to a now three-way draw for the old Pacing Mare-Track record of 1: 56.4. She is owned by Marjorie Desthetsky and trained by Kent Hess.
And finally, Rankin (Venture -Luvyaformiles) reduced his previously set track record for four -year -old travels of 1: 59.1 to 1: 58.4. Charles Taylor Reed Rankin who is bred/trained/owned by Judy Roegner.
David Lake led all drivers in the afternoon with three victories, while Charles Taylor, Ty Goodell, Tim Roach and Kody Massey each had two. Trainer Tim Roach also had a training doubles on the day.
