TVS Electronics launches ‘TVSe Aikya’, a NextGen platform for Infrastructure Managed Services

TVS Electronics (TVSE) has launched ‘TVSe Aikya’, an extensive AI-OPS Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) platform, to help companies modernize, secure and scales their IT infrastructure.

The IMS platform offers a series of services for workplace services, hybrid cloud management, managed network services, cyber security options and cross-functional support services, among others. Ram Prebagar, vice-president and business unit head at TVS Electronics, said line That the platform has been built up, taking into account the expectations of the customer about their IT management and TVSe, customers will “get what they see” in terms of functions.

TVSe started offering IT-Infra Managed Services (IMS) for its parent company and then their customer base grew for this service up to 12+ in the middle to large companies. These 12 customers were served in on-site model, but now for the new platform it already has 3 customers, said Prebagar.

“With TVS Aikya we offer customers a reliable platform that they can trust, which is cost-efficient and also places user experience as an important priority,” he said, noted that the platform was built using open-source tools, which eliminates licensed costs. The IMS division of TVSe has also hired more quality talent to work with the platform and will continue to hire selectively, he said.

Focus areas

TVS now focuses on adding new customers in industries such as Retail & Hospitality, Production and BFSI for this platform supply service. “The feedback from customers is encouraging and we are looking for double income in this segment,” Prebagar added.

The new platform is made possible by an IMS options center in Chennai, which will act as the operational hub for IMS. The platform makes seamless IT operations possible with various functions such as intelligent monitoring & event management, gene ai-enabled bots, omnichannel support for users, ai-enabled orchestrator with reusable workflows and others.

TVSe has an ultramodern tumakuru production facility in Karnataka, together with a 150+ Integrated Call Management Center (ICMC) of more than two LakH customers that operate every month throughout India. The collaborations with leading original design manufacturers (ODMS) from Italy, China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan further reinforce the portfolio of solutions.
