Trump warns the Supreme Court, could force us to ‘reject’ EU, Japan, South Korea trade agreements – ‘our country is going to suffer so strongly’

President Donald Trump Warned of a ruling from the Supreme Court that could destroy the rate policy of his administration and said that it could be expensive for the United States.

‘Our country is going to suffer so enormously’

Trump spoke with reporters in the White House on Wednesday and said that his administration would ask the Supreme Court to destroy a recent Court of Appeal that, according to a report from Reuters, considered illegal that many of his rates considered illegal.

“If we don’t win that case, our country will go so enormously, so enormously suffering,” Trump said. He added that the rates were crucial for trade agreements that have been negotiated with large allies in recent months, including the European Union, Japan and South Korea.

Trump warned that deals such as those with the European Union, “where they almost pay us a trillion”, should be settled if the court rules against the administration.

“Our country has the chance to be incredibly rich again. It can also be incredibly poor again. If we don’t win that case, our country will suffer so enormously,” Trump said.

Critics such as Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Or.), The top democrat in the Senate Finance Committee, said that Trump’s comments only created more uncertainty. “The Trump government cannot get its story directly about whether his trade agreements will keep water if the rates are raised,” he said.

Trump’s rates that influence American industry

In contrast to Trump’s claims, the rates have led to a delay in American production, in which the production -purchasing managers index (PMI) for the sixth consecutive month in August in August contracts (PMI), in the midst of rising costs and uncertainties that arise from this.

According to the latest Texas Manufacturing Survey from Dallas Fed, 72% of the respondents reported that their company was negatively influenced by Trump’s rates, whereby only 3.7% indicates a positive effect.
