A partnership between Trammell Crow Co. And a consortium led by CBRE Japan broke terrain in an industrial park of 686,400 square foot in Buford, GA.
The construction of Buford Creek Business Center is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2026.
The property includes three class A industrial buildings that are available for sale or lease. Building 100 is a 349,440 square foot Cross-Dock warehouse with a 40-foot clear height. Buildings 200 and 300 are buildings with rear loads that each contain 168,400 square base with 36-foot clear heights.

Building 100 has 64 parking spaces for trailer, with building 200 with 40 places and building 300 including 24.
CBRE deals with marketing and leasing for the property, while Atlas Collaborative acts as an architect and the Conlan Co. as a general contractor.
The site is on the corner of Lanier Islands Parkway and Big Creek Road, about 3 miles from the Interstate 985 and about 42 miles from the center of Atlanta. Atlanta International Airport is 55 miles from the building.
The industrial market of Atlanta remains strong
The industrial development in the Atlanta Metro area doubled year on year from April, according to Yardi Research Data. At that time, Atlanta had nearly 9.5 million square feet of industrial space under construction over 33 properties.
