Tottenham Hotspur are once again linked with the move for Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite.
The 23-year-old central defender has been linked with a move away from Everton in the past. According to David Ornstein, Tottenham have identified the player as their dream target, and it will be interesting to see if they decide to make a move in the future.

“Jarrad Branthwaite, because I think Tottenham have been looking for an upgrade in that defensive area for a while,” Ornstein said via TEAMtalk.
“They have been looking at him. He is someone who has been linked with a move away from Everton even though he has signed a new contract and I think he is someone to watch in the future for a lot of the top clubs.”
They want to bring in defensive additions, and the England International would be an exceptional signing. He is one of the brightest young talents in the Premier League and has all the qualities to develop into a top-level Premier League defender.
Branthwaite would fancy a big move
The move to Tottenham could be exciting for him. It would be a step forward in his career and he could compete in Europe and fight for trophies. It remains to be seen whether Spurs will follow up their interest with an official proposal to sign the player in the coming months.
