Titleist has teased a groundbreaking new driver range for 2026 with a new model that will replace the GT series with a schedule launched in May.
The brand is known for mid-year launches, with mid-season tour validation taking place for almost all previous models launched by Titleist.
The new 2026 driver is predicted to surpass the performance of the current one Titleist GT driver line-upwith GT1, GT2, GT3 and GT4 designs.

Titleist’s February 26 social media post boldly claims that “finally a driver is faster than GT, which will be available in May,” positioning him as the team’s fastest driver behind the number one drivers on the PGA Tour for the past seven seasons.
The teaser emphasizes speed gains and hints at continued refinements in forgiveness, sound and feel, consistent with Titleist’s iterative approach.
Tour validation is expected to begin in April or May and the new drivers will be added to the USGA compliant list before then.
We can expect tour players to offer prototypes in April, followed by consumer availability in May, which is slightly earlier than Titleist’s typical summer launch and fall opening cycle to take advantage of the longer playing season.
The full range is expected to include multiple models, such as the GT1, GT2, GT3 and GT4 successors, and a fixed price of approximately $699.
Little is known about the design elements, but the 2026 release is expected to build on the GT’s carbon crown, Speed Ring VFT face and aerodynamics.
The 2026 driver promises incremental increases in ball speed through the teaser and moment of inertia, and off-center hitting performance should also improve without major design revisions.
