Nigeria’s number one citizen president Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Super Falcons on their victory during the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
The Super Falcons organized an extra regular second half comeback to beat hosts Morocco 3-2 in the exciting final on Saturday evening.
During the break with 2-0 for a partisan Moroccan crowd, the Super Falcons showed their pedigree and resilience and dresses back to the match with a representation of clinical finish and pure determination to strengthen their status as Queens or African Football.

Goals of Esther Okoronkwo, Folasade IJamilusi and a late winner of Jennifer Echegini destroyed the strong first half of the first half of Morocco, amazingly the Atlas Lionesses that hoped to conquer their very first continental title on home floor.
