The listing on realestate.com.au quickly shot to Tassie’s No. 1 spot on the most viewed charts, with around 5000 property hunters clicking in for a look.
Property representative Tony Bacic confirmed the three-bedroom home had an “extremely busy” launch, with 208 inquiries.
“It attracted multiple offers,” he said, “and it is now under bid.”
“The property attracted a mix of buyers including investors, developers, renovators, first home buyers and interstate buyers.
“We had 45 groups through the open house.
“Austins Ferry offers buyers private and public schools, a mix of new and old homes, transportation, shopping services, yacht clubs and parks.”
