Property representative Tony Bacic confirmed the three-bedroom home had an “extremely busy” launch, with 208 inquiries.
“It attracted multiple offers,” he said, “and it is now under bid.”
“The property attracted a mix of buyers including investors, developers, renovators, first home buyers and interstate buyers.
“We had 45 groups through the open house.
