Nothing is above enjoying a fresh bowl of ceviche Suff Suffin – A luxurious culinary hotspot with a view of Banderas Bay and the Punta Mita Pier in Nayarit, Mexico.
But for those of us who live north of the border this summer, there is still a way to replicate that tropical feeling in your own kitchen, thanks to an easy -to -make recipe with thanks to the director or operations and marketing Carl Emberon of Punta Mita, who inspected his passion for cooking and customer service in his own cookbook in his own cookbook, A taste of Punta Mita.
Josh Sens from Golf recently caught up in Punta Mita Selferson to enjoy a personal demonstration of ‘Fijian Ceviche’ by Emberon, named Kokoda, who reflects the flavors of both Mexico and the islands by the recording of coconut milk.

Emberon starts with Sea Bass, which he puts in lemon juice in lemon juice for 30 minutes. Once the fish is ready, cut it into small cubes and add to the lemon juice and coconut milk mixture in a large bowl. Stir and then combine the fish with the onion, tomatoes and peppers. Chile can be added to taste. Then add salt and pepper and you are ready to serve. The mixture can also be cooled in the fridge until you are ready to eat.
