These hospitals fail in safety: the States do not meet the safety standards of the hospital
New research has unveiled Thestates with the safest and least safest hospitals.
Personal injury lawyers at Phillips Law Firm have analyzed the safety classes that were given to hospitals throughout the country in the fall of 2024 to determine where the safest medical care is given, based on the percentage of “a” excavated hospitals in the area, that is the highest possible assessment that refers to hospital safety.
In the first place with the safest hospitals in the US is Utah. 60.70% of hospitals in the state have received a “A” figure for safety.
Virginia is in second place, where 50.70% of hospitals have received an “A” figure and is safe for patients looking for care.
50% of the hospitals in Connecticut have received an “A” figure for safety, so that the state is placed third in the ranking.
North Carolina is in fourth place, where 46.70% of hospitals have received an “A” figure and is safe for patients in the area.
In New Jersey, 46.30% of hospitals have received an “A” figure, placing the state fifth.

However, not all hospitals in the US are so safe.
Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and Vermont are bound as the states with the least safe hospitals; 0% of hospitals in all four states have an “A” figure for safety.
West Virginia is in second place with 4.50% of hospitals with an “A” figure for safety.
New Mexico is in third place, with 5.60% of hospitals in the state with an “A” class.
Only 6.70% of hospitals in Alabama have an “A” figure, making it the fourth at least safe condition for hospital treatment.
The fifth least safe state for hospitals is Hawaii, where 8.30% of hospitals have received an “A” figure.

Phillips Law Firm Noted:
“It is very disturbing to see how little of the 50 states have hospitals with an ‘A’ figure for safety. Receiving sufficient health care is crucial, especially because for many it can vary moderately expensive to financial paralyzing.
“However, it is useful to know where hospitals rank in your region, and it is crucial that you receive the health care you need and earn. The study emphasizes which states can benefit from more financing to alleviate the pressure on medical staff and improve the care for patients.”
