New South Wales Visitor Horn (Sweet Lou) continued his good form of lately when he led to the $ 50,000 Group 3 VHRC Caduceus Classic on Melton on Saturday evening.
Trained by Brad Hewitt in Goulburn, Horn Player was powered by Nathan Jack who raised the five -year -old to tackle the early lead. James Herbertson on Hes from heaven was established early to keep in charge, but the speed of the horn player prevailed and he finally stabbed forward.
Hes from heaven settled behind the leader with favorite Keyang Tokyo further back on the rails.
Catch a wave was stuck back to the back.
Keyang Tokyo came up to race outside the leader, but that would make his task even more difficult.
Horn player still kept a healthy distance between himself and his rivals.
Hes from heaven was looking for an inner run, but then Buddy and Dangerous both gave strong runs.

But Horn Player fought on stubborne and he held up to beat the fast finish war then Buddy and Hes from heaven. It was an impressive mile speed of 1.51 for the 1720 meters.
War then Buddy did not lose admirers with a fast second second.
Nathan Jack was satisfied after the race.
“He had to get a lot of work early on his merit that he got a cheap second quarter, but if you leave the gate for 26 seconds, you need it. He didn’t surprise me that you are looking at his maximum pleasure form, and his menangle mile shape that they had fluctuated hard”.
