“Real estate is personal. It starts with a wish list, a dream or sometimes just a question,” says Tamir Poleg, chairman and CEO of The Real Brokerage. “HeyLeo meets buyers wherever they are on that journey, providing contextual intelligence to provide intuitive guidance, instant answers and a seamless connection to the next step.

“It offers consumers a search experience unlike any other and gives agents a powerful, always-on teammate.”

HeyLeo capabilities

Unlike conventional platforms, HeyLeo engages homebuyers through voice or text-based questions such as “How many people will live in the house?” or “Is the school district important to you?”

The system then creates recommendations based on lifestyle preferences, such as proximity to parks or cafes, rather than just price and location.

HeyLeo can also respond to home-specific questions, such as whether a home has a walk-in closet, a pool or a recently replaced HVAC system. It can also connect buyers Real real estate agency mortgage pre-approval brokers or services via One real mortgage.

The information comes from Real’s listing data and MLS feeds across key US markets, along with assets from Real’s acquisition of Flying houses’ search portal for consumers.

The beta version is available in 20 states and further rollout is planned in 2026.

Pritesh Damani, chief technology officer at Real, highlighted the platform features during a recent demonstration attended by HousingWire.

“Our purpose is to serve our officers and this is built in partnership with them,” he said. “This is real AI. This takes away all the boring parts of their lives and makes it interesting. It helps them focus on the customers and focus on finding the right property for the right owner.”

Leo CoPilot extends voice and compliance information

The company also unveiled a major expansion of Leo CoPilot, the AI assistant for agents launched in 2024.

Features now include voice-first interaction, contextual compliance guidance and real-time broker information.

“Because Leo is built natively within our own end-to-end transaction platform, we can deliver AI insights in a way that no other broker can,” said Poleg. “That gives us the power to innovate faster, adapt more precisely to agent needs and deliver more value to both agents and their customers.

“These innovations provide agents with on-demand, voice-activated guidance ranging from compliance issues to quick, timely questions between showings. It’s a game-changer for productivity and support.”

New features include voice interaction across the platform, context-aware responses that reflect local regulations, and proactive updates based on anonymized agent feedback.

Leo’s adaptive intelligence is trained through collaboration between brokers and can escalate issues to a human broker if necessary.

“Imagine the kind of text messages you can send to your customers on your behalf,” says Damani. “And when the customer responds and talks to you, to your AI concierge, you engage them in a way that has never been done before.”

Voice capabilities are rolling out immediately to Real agents – with future updates planned to broaden compliance coverage and operational workflows.
