Construction started with the third community of Gemlife in Moreton Bay, only two months after the country has obtained approval for the $ 428 million, 404-home gated estate.

Flannery said it was important that the city had a diversity of housing, especially given the rapid population growth of Moreton Bay.
“This project brings housing lighting to the area, especially people who want to shrink, and its proximity is beneficial for future residents,” he said.
“It is pleasant to see the delivery of essential infrastructure in this development that supports the future growth of our city.
“With improved roads and a newly identified intersection, it is an investment that strengthens the Cabolenture area.”
Mrs Doolan said it was great to see more people who chose Elimbah as their home.
Houses will contain contemporary designs.
“While they shrink, it opens the opportunities for others to get on the market, making homeowners more feasible for everyone,” she said.
Mr. Puljich said that Gemlife Elimbah the coastal communities of the developer-based-established Gemlife Bribie Island and substructure Gemlife Moreton Bay.
Together, the three communities deliver more than 1350 houses of more than 50 to the region.
