Still a whole month to go before the winter transfer window opens in January, but Everton’s only permanent attacking player with any flair, Iliman Ndiaye, is already being linked with a move to a club that can offer him more money.
Ndiaye has been a vision of dazzling skill in some games… but in others his ball retention and dribbling magic failed to deliver much, as was the case in last night’s embarrassing capitulation to Newcastle Utd.
But rumor has it that these clubs – Spurs, Man City, Liverpool – are vying with his people for a position at the negotiating table in an attempt to lure him away from Everton, as FootMercato claims:
After a great start to the season at Everton, Iliman Ndiaye has attracted the attention of several top Premier League clubs who are looking to sign him in 2026.
Since his departure from OM (Olympique de Marseille), Indian education a lot has changed. Talented, but with a serious lack of confidence on the Canebière (4 goals in 46 games), the Senegalese forward decided to leave one of his boyhood clubs after just one season to revive his career in England.
Ndiaye signed for Everton in the summer of 2024 for a transfer fee of around €20 million and reached a new dimension on his return across the Channel. Having previously made a name for himself at Sheffield United, especially in the Championship, the Rouen-born player has made quite a phenomenal start in the Premier League.
The 25-year-old forward quickly became a key part of the Toffees system, scoring nine goals in his first Premier League season. A pretty impressive total for a player who didn’t really have any other starting experience at that level.
Technically astute and appreciated by the supporters, Ndiaye signed for a second season under David Moyes’ charge. And it must be said that the former Marseille player is even better than last season. The attacking threat to his side, the Mersey club’s number 10, is central to his team’s good results.
Ndiaye has formed a good relationship with his attacking teammates, including Jack Grealish, and has already registered four goals and one assist in 12 appearances this season. Naturally, these great performances push the versatile into another category.
The Senegalese player has already been scouted by numerous clubs this summer and continues to attract interest with this excellent start to the campaign. As a result, several top clubs across the Channel are interested in signing Iliman Ndiaye in the coming months.
According to our information, Manchester City, Tottenham and Liverpool have indeed made inquiries about signing the former AS Dakar Sacre-Coeur academy player. These three clubs need to sign a new striker in the coming months and are interested in signing the former Marseillais, who figures prominently on their shortlist.

Paul,I saw that too. To be honest, I have no problem selling Ndiaye to Liverpool for fair market value. He’s not that great when you look at the stats for goals scored, assists and overall star play.
On a pound-for-pound basis, with Wirtz as a barometer, I would seriously consider £300m a fair offer.

Paul; No one in their right mind (unless purely for the money?) would go to Spurs or RS at this point, both managers are on thin ice. He would suit Man City… but how long will Pep stay? Nobody knows.
Probably just a click bait/fishing expedition.
There was a time when we had to trade him to get Richarlison back, but Levy & Kenwright (deceased) are no more.

Dirk. I don’t see him at City unless Pep wants 3 or 4 for his position(s).
Same for the shit. Too many egos competing for three or four positions – so five subs per game and Slot has no idea what his best eleven are – and Illy would only add to the madness.
Tracks. Hmmmm. Exchange deal with a little extra for us for Richarlison? I would like to have Richarlison loaned out again, but I prefer Ndiaye.

Copy what Kieran said. I don’t see him wanting to stay here much longer. He has a contract, so wait for mega money. But don’t give a dime to the crowd that bought us Patterson, Beto and the like.Put it in the bank to seduce our next manager

Alan, mate, I don’t think Ndiaye will go for ‘mega dollar’. Somewhere between 40K and 60K.
And it won’t end up in the bank, given the shitshow our top recruiting team has shown so far, it will be used for a striker who may or may not be very good.

He and Pickford are about the only two I don’t want to lose.Add Branthwaite if he can come back and maintain his fitness, and possibly KDH.

Spot on John – 7 -, and definitely KDH size. The rest. hmmmmmm Thanks TFG

If we’re serious about building a team, keep him.If we look at trading players, Patterson, Beto, iroegbunam, take what we can get.
Maybe Dibling was a wrong signing at the wrong time, 40 million would have gotten a decent right back, not sure if we can sell or trade him, or is he our boot for Ndiyae after Christmas?
I’m not sure what’s in the kitty yet, or who’s on our radar, but January is looking as tough as we are.
Can Rohl and Branthwaite get us out? I have to hope they’re back soon.
