Welcome friends at the Turk blog, where I (mostly) handicap peat races and Exacta bets build. When you start at this time of the year, the number of good graded races for stake peat starts to decrease. The coming weekends, but especially Saturday 27 September and Saturday 4 October are really the last pair of large prep shifts prior to Breeder. When I started thinking about what I wanted to blog this weekend, I had the Gingerpon Here at GP, a few races at Aqueduct and Jra, but nothing has excited me too much. However, we have one Breeder Win and you are in dirt sprint in Gulfstream, the Princess Rooney Grade 3. Mystic Lake Was also introduced on PRX today. I find it incredibly frustrating that they will not scratch before that the horse will be thousands of kilometers away on a different track on the same day. Whatever!
