The Netherlands: HK (H): 14 goals at Amsterdam-Den Bosch, or new leader

The second part of the double weekend in the Tulp main class Hden produced no less than 35 goals in total, just like last Thursday. Fourteen goals could be admired on Sunday during the match between Amsterdam and Den Bosch in the Wagener Stadium. The home team eventually won 8-6. Rotterdam was also on a role with seven goals against HDM (7-2). There was no score at Klein Zwitserland-Kampong. After three days of play, Oranje-Rood is the new leader. After the 3-0 win over Laren, the Eindhoven team is the only team without loss of points.

Amsterdam-Den Bosch 8-6
It was a party for the public in the Wagener Stadium. The goals fell like ripe apples. Fourteen goals were scored. During the rest period, Den Bosch led 4-3, but after four quarters, Amsterdam got off the field with an 8-6 victory. Incidentally, it is only the first time in history that this result is going in the books. However, it is not the most goal -out match ever in the Tulip main class. On March 15, 1981, Klein Switzerland won 15-0 about Breda. The recalled Mirco Pruyser led to the target with his second goal of the season. Both teams kept each other in balance to 5-5, after which the two hit penalty corners from Boris Burkhardt forced the decisive lead for Amsterdam. With the victory, the Amsterdammers continued their strong home series. The national champion only lost one of the last 14 home games. Den Bosch continues to struggle with top games on strange soil. From the last eighteen road competitions with teams such as Amsterdam, Kampong, Bloemendaal, Pinoké, Rotterdam and Oranje-Rood, the people from Brabant won only two, against four tires and twelve defeats.

Bloemendaal-Schaerweijde 4-0
The promoted Schaerweijde is still waiting for his first points. At ‘t Kopje, the team of coach Razwan Ahmed lost 4-0 to Bloemendaal. Teun Beins pushed twice from a penalty corner and brought his season to four goals. Lucas Veen and Max longer scored the other goals. In fifteen consecutive games against Schaerweij, Bloemendaal scored at least three goals every time. The victory is a boost after the defeat against Rotterdam earlier in the week. At home, Bloemendaal is now eight duels in a row unbeaten, while Schaerweijde is already fourteen games without a victory.

Klein Switzerland-Kampong 0-0
Klein Switzerland has been a tough opponent for Kampong in recent history. For the fifth time in a row, the people of Utrecht could not win against the team of The Hague, which had to give the management to Oranje-Rood. Despite the draw, Kampong has already been unbeaten eleven games in the Tulip main class. With two draw in this double weekend, the team of coach Tim Oudenaller is now seventh. Klein Switzerland takes fourth place.

Laren-Oranje-Rood 0-3
Oranje-Rood is the new leader in the Tulip main class after the 3-0 win over Laren. The Eindhoven goals were scored by Borja Lacalle, Pol Cabre-Verdiell Badia and Straun Walker. The Ageeth Boomgaardt team is the only thing that is still clear after three games and is now six games without defeat. Laren won only one of the last thirteen league matches.

Pinoké-Hurley 5-0
The 30th edition of the Forest Derby between Pinoké and Hurley was a victory for the home team. It became 5-0. Miles Berkens scored the best goal of the weekend by tapping his back to the goal. Moments later, Hurley goalkeeper Joren Romijn took ‘revenge’ by turning a penalty ball from Bukenss. The victory marked the eighth victory of Pinoké in a row on Hurley, who has waited thirteen games for a victory in the Tulip big league.

Rotterdam-HDM 7-2
Rotterdam had a wonderful double weekend. Six points and eleven goals scored. After the 4-2 last Thursday against Bloemendaal, HDM was beaten 7-2 on Sunday. Timme van der Heijden and Thijs van Dam each scored two goals for Erik van Driel’s team. With the victory, Rotterdam continued its strong home series. The team is already ten games without defeat in home. HDM, which only won two of the last seventeen games, suffered his third defeat of the season and occupies the penultimate place in the ranking.
