Guldbaggegalan 2024: Love is blind Sweden

In April last year, the final episode of Love is Blind Sweden season two aired, showing viewers how the couple was doing after the TV cameras went off. One of the couples who then confirmed that they were still married were Karolina Finskas and Jakob Grünberg.
“I wouldn’t want anyone else by my side but you,” Karolina said in the episode, with Jakob adding that their future looked bright.
In an interview with ELLE, Karolina revealed that the couple moved in together in Gothenburg two months after the wedding and that both were open to looking for accommodation abroad in the future. But just over a year later, the couple has gone their separate ways, which they confirmed today in a joint post on Instagram.
Saying goodbye as friends
“We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet in this completely crazy way. To meet behind a wall and get married on TV with the whole world watching. But life has not been easy for us and we have been confronted with things in our marriage that were completely out of our control,” the couple wrote and continued:
“After many conversations, we have come to the conclusion that we should part ways. This decision is the best for both of us.” The couple also writes that they wish each other the best for the future and that there are no hard feelings.
In season two of Love is Blind Sweden, several couples got married – and stayed together long after the season ended. Karin and Niklas Agild had a child shortly after the reunion, and Nathalie Loveless and Wictor Dörrich are expecting an addition to the family in the spring. Season three of Love is Blind Sweden premieres on March 12.
