Navi Mumbai established Ankur Gole, felt weighed through his life when he hit the 104 marking. While Ankur’s parents were worried about his weight at some point, they now want him to delay. “They ask me, ‘Aur Kitne exercise Karoe? Ab Bas Karo!“” (“You have exercised enough. ‘Friends say I look younger’
Ankur still has to lose a few kilos to reach his recommended weight of 75 kg. In the meantime, Anisha has changed his training regime to help him strengthen his body. “He will lose the remaining 5 kg while he pops up,” she says.
Enjoying all the attention he gets because of his dramatic weight loss, he says: “The same friends who teased me before, now ask me how I did it!” He laughs. “They say I look younger, similar to how I look back at the university.” Another big advantage is that he can fit in his old clothes again. “I can now fit into the clothes that I was wearing two years ago!”, He says.
