New Delhi, September 1, 2025: India actor Sonu Sood sold an apartment in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, for RS. 8.10 Crore, according to the registration documents of real estate, assessed by Online Real Estate Portal squareyards.com On the website of Inspector General of Registration (IGR) https://igrmaharashtra.gov.in. The transaction was registered in August 2025.
Mahalaxmi is an established place in South Mumbai, known for its mix of residential, commercial and cultural sights. Strategically positioned, Mahalaxmi offers excellent connectivity with important business districts such as Lower Pearl, Worli and Nariman Point, making it an excellent residential choice for professionals and business people. The place contains a series of luxurious high -rise buildings, including some of the most sought after houses in the city, with a beautiful view of the Arab Sea and the Renbaan.
According to real estate registration documents of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), assessed by square meters, is the apartment that is sold by Sonu Sood in Lokhandwala Minerva. It has a carpet surface of 1,247 SQ.FT. (116 m²) and accumulated surface of 139.07 m². (~ 1.497 sq. Ft.). The deal also includes two parking spaces. The transaction has sustained stamp rights of RS. 48.60 LAKH and RS registration costs. 30,000. In 1999, Sonu Sood started his career through his first two Tamil -language films, Kallazhagar and Nenjinile.
