Frank’s story starts in 1979, when he struggled with his weight and health. At 101 kilos on a 5’3 ″ frame he was tired, unhealthy and fights against a low self -image. The turning point came in a gym, in what Frank describes as one of his most memorable early visits.

“I walked in with a hamburger in one hand and a can of cola to the other!” Frank remembers laughing. It was then that gym owner george delivered everything that would change: “Frank, it’s great that you train, but if you don’t change your diet, you won’t live a long, healthy life. What you eat today is what you’re tomorrow.”

George advised a book that the catalyst for Frank’s transformation would be: Miracle of fasting by Paul Bragg. “I will be honest, I was skeptical. But I bought the book, read it in three days and it turned my world completely,” Frank explains. This meant the beginning of his glory appetite for learning about natural health and healing.

The ultimate career -pivot

Two years after his health trip, Frank was confronted with a crucial moment. As an automotive engineer with a stable career, he and his wife Grace had just made a down payment on the land to build their dream house. But Frank’s passion for natural health called him to a different path.

When it comes to product development, Frank is adamant about targeted innovation: “We not only issue new products because of the. There were many lean years, and many moments when it would have been easier to give up. But I didn’t.”

What drives him ahead after all these years? “I am just as passionate about helping Australians to help a longer, lively and healthier life today when I was 45 years ago when it all started.”
