Delgado – a Venezuelan-born entrepreneur and television personality – has worked in media, design and business for more than twenty years.
Known for her work in the Spanish-language entertainment sector, including as host of the Latin Grammys, she has also branched out into the fields of interior design and real estate investing.
Douglas Elliman is the first brokerage she has joined as an agent.

Marquez – also born in Venezuela – began his professional career as a lawyer before entering the Miami real estate market at the age of 21.
He moved to New York City in 2005 and joined Douglas Elliman in 2023.
