Leaderboard – who has the most points in total
4:28 pm
Things get a little interesting here.
In terms of most room reveal wins, Britt and Taz’s House 3 and Robby and Mat’s House 5 are neck-and-neck with four wins each.
But if we look at the judges’ most points, Emma and Ben in House 1 are well ahead. The pair consistently delivered strong rooms this season, but regularly missed out on victory and finished second five times.
Sonny and Alicia, who only won one week this season, are in second place for combined points.
During Robby and Mat’s roller coaster season, they often fluctuated from first to last place each week, with the third highest points combined for the season.
Britt and Taz in House 3 scored the fourth highest number of points.
Han and Can in House 2 are the last to die.
Who won The Block last year: Maddy and Charlotte’s surprising victory

Sydney sisters Maddy and Charlotte won The Block 2024 – pocketing $1.65 million dollars – after wealthy lister Adrian Portelli secretly bought all five houses at auction.

In what Portelli promised would be his final appearance at a Block auction, the sisters were stunned when he scooped up their properties with a single bid of $3.5 million — a million more than his underbidder — in the final sale of the day.
Not wanting to give away his game until the end, Portelli hired a buyer’s attorney to act on his behalf to purchase Mimi and Kristian’s house so no one knew he was on a mission to take home the lot.
The amateur property flappers were the youngest contestants in twenty years of The Block, replacing original contestants Jesse and Paige four weeks into filming.
In total, Portelli spent more than $15 million to buy the entire Phillip Island complex.
The highest ever win on The Block remains Steph and Gian, who made a $1.75 million profit in 2023 from their Japanese-style home. Portelli bought their Hampton East home for $5 million.

Welcome to our live coverage of The Block 2025. Before we get started, let’s get a quick disclaimer out of the way: realestate.com.au is not a sponsor of or otherwise affiliated with The Block.
Okay, now that that’s out of the way, let’s take a look back at every room the teams completed this season while we wait for The Block auctions to start at 7 p.m.
For the first time in The Block’s history, the five teams were tasked with building brand new buildings, each with an identical floor plan.
But the teams have delivered five very different houses, some with a ‘secret weapon’.
House 1, renovated by Emma and Ben, is the only elevated house this season, giving them an elevated view that none of the other houses have. The duo created a country-style home with plenty of Daylesford flair.
Han and Can’s House 2 faced serious budget issues throughout the season, but the pair delivered a beautiful spa-inspired retreat with Japanese gardens.
Britt and Taz’s House 3 is known as the wellness house, with a sauna, ice bath and fully equipped Pilates studio – which they controversially delivered in lieu of a second living space.
Sonny and Alicia’s House 4 has a modern, industrial vibe and although they only won a room in the final week of the competition, it could be the room that can tip the competition in their favor by winning $50,000 off the reserve price and a car for themselves and the buyer of their home. That’s in addition to a $260,000 Titanium caravan their buyer at House 4 gets.
The style of Robby and Mat’s House 5 is a contemporary country style and perhaps something to watch. With a leafy finish bordering the Wombat Park Estate, plus an underground wine cellar and pickleball court, many say it’s between House 5 and House 3 for victory.
